“Healthy Minds” is a healthy living /weight management program designed to enhance the quality of life for individuals facing mental health challenges. The program is based on physical activity, nutritional health and social / interpersonal wellness and behavioral change. Our program is designed to reduce the impact of chronic disease through hands on meal preparation and a comprehensive approach to sustainable physical activity and overall health.
